Welcome to Impact Health Solutions, Inc!  This orientation package has been prepared to acquaint you with IHS Policies and Procedures.  If you have any questions or comments, please do not hesitate to contact our office.  We look forward to you joining our team of IHS dedicated professionals.

TYPES OF SERVICES

We provide staff relief for hospitals, nursing homes, doctor’s offices, clinics, private duty, prisons, and home care.  We are a 24-hour a day – 7 days a week service, providing the highest level of nursing care supervised by an R.N. Director.

There is one IHS office – Raleigh.  Regular office hours are 10.00a.m. – 5. 00p.m. Monday through Friday.  The office will be closed for lunch for one hours (12:00 noon – 1.00 p.m.).  During non-office hours the phone is answered by an answering service and messages will be relayed to an “on call” person.  Please conduct regular business during our office hours and emergency situations only after regular business hours.

IF IHS is your employer, all communication between an employee and the facility must be handled through an IHS supervisor.  Please do not give out your home phone number or call the facility directly with your problems or concerns.  Call the office you work out of and allow IHS to notify the facility.  Feel free to call 919-696-6509.  Please do not trade or change accepted shifts without prior office approval.
